2022 Track and Field: Competed in four indoor meets and six outdoor meets during the 2022 season, earning four top three performances.

Indoor: Made her season debut at the ETSU Track and Field Invitational (Jan.14-15), setting a personal best time of 5:25.71 in the Mile, finishing sevneth. Earned a third-place finish in the 800 meters with a time of 2:18.58 at the 2022 Buccaneer Track and Field Invitational (Feb. 3-5), and was also a leg of the fifth-place 4x400 meter relay team that finished with a time of 4:02.29. Added to the Bucs scoring total with a fourth-place finish in the 800 meters crossing the line with a time of 2:16.05 at the Southern Conference Indoor Track and Field Championship (Feb.26-27).

Outdoor: Began her outdoor season at the Charlotte 49er Classic (Mar.17-19) as a member of the first-place 4x800 meter relay team that crossed the line with a time of 9:39.29. Also earned a third-place finish in the 800 meters with a time of 2:16.05. Was a member of the 4x800 meter relay team that finished fourth at the Tennessee Relays (Apr.7-9) with a time of 9:06.08. Added a second-place finish to her resume with a personal best performance of 2:12.08 in the 800 meters at the Catamount Classic (Apr.15-16), and was a member of the fifth-place 4x400 meter relay team that finished with a time of 4:01.68. Added to the Bucs scoring total in one event at the Southern Conference Outdoor Championships (Apr.30- May 1), finishing sixth in the 800 meters with a time of 2:16.16.

2021 Track & Field: Competed in nine meets in the 2021 season...placed fourth in the 800m and seventh in the 400m at the Buccaneer T&F Invitational (Feb. 5-6)...continued to better her time in the 800m with a 2:19.39 finish for seventh at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invite (Feb. 12-13)...finished the indoor season with seasonal bests in each race in the 800m, finishing fifth at the SoCon Indoor Track and Field Championships (Feb. 27-28) with a 2:18.51 finish...grabbed fifth with a PR of 59.69 in the 400m while placing sixth with a finish of 2:21.56 in the 800m at the Charlotte 49er Classic (March 19-20)...grabbed second in the 800m at the High Point VertKlasse Meeting (April 1-2), also setting a PR in the 1500m with a time of 4:58.55...placed seventh with a PR of 2:14.89 in the 800m at the SoCon Outdoor Championships (May 1-2), also grabbing a sixth place finish with her team in the 4x100m relay…named to the SoCon Honor Roll, SoCon All-Academic Team and was awarded the Commissioner’s Medal.

2020 Track & Field*: Opened her career at the 2020 ETSU Track and Field Invitational (Jan. 10-11) by placing first in the 400m run with a time of 61.85 and was a member of the distance medley relay with a time 12:24.31…competed at the VMI Team Challenge (Jan. 25) in the 800m run with a time of 2:19.00, and was a member of the 4x400 relay with a time of 4:10.86…finished first at the Buccaneer Track and Field Invitational (Jan. 31-Feb. 1) in the 800m run with a time of 2:19.04, while a member of the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:54.24 and was a member of the distance medley relay with a time of 12:07.53…competed at the Music City Challenge (Feb. 14-15) by placing 36th in the 800m run with a time of 2:17.40, her best of the year…scored at the SoCon Indoor Championships (Feb. 29-Mar 1) in the distance medley relay placing third with a time of 12:06.41, and placing tenth in the 800m run with a time of 2:17.51…selected to the Southern Conference All-Freshman Team...member of the 2019-20 SoCon Honor Roll.

2019 Cross Country: Did not compete.  

Prior to ETSU: Lettered in both cross country and track and field at Mount Juliet High School ... Qualified for the 2015 state cross country championshp and the 400m in 2016 ... Was the Great Eight champion in the 800m in both 2017 and 2018 ... Two-time all-state selection in the 800m ... Ran a leg of the 4x800m relay team that placed in state in 2017 and 2018 ... Set the school record in the 400m and 800m, while being on  the 4x200m  and  4x800m relay teams that also set school records.  

Personal: Daughter of Jason and Cassie Karsten ... Born Dec. 12, 2000 ... Majoring in Rehabilitative Health.
