2021-22 (Freshman): Named to SoCon Honor Roll … Placed 28th at the National Championship in Tempe with a time of 1:10.25.4 … Posted a time of 1:09.43.5 at the U25 National Development Race, resulting in a 15th-place finish.

Prior to ETSU: Letterwinner in cross country, track & field, and swimming in high school. Named cross country MVP 2018-19. All-state all 4 years in high school for swimming and 3 for cross country. High school record holder in 2 miler with a time of 11:31.20. 2nd place at Youth Elite Nationals (2017). Competed for Team USA at the Youth Olympic Games Qualifier and placed 15th. Best Junior Elite finishes include 2nd place at Clermont (earning Elite license), 8th at Pleasant Prairie (2021), 5th at Utah in super-sprint format for both days (2021), 3rd place at Monroe (2019), 5th place at Junior Elite Nationals (2021).
